Birmingham Divorce Solicitors – What is the process?

If you are the Applicant this will include:
  • Taking your initial instructions
  • Preparing a draft petition for your approval
  • Sending the application to the Courts on-line portal once approved

  • Preparing your application for a conditional order of divorce (which must be no less than 20 weeks after the date of issue of the application)
