Hayley Webb

Legal Assistant, Birmingham

I joined Greens Solicitors in May 2022 but have been working in Family Law for over 6 years dealing with a mixture of private and public law cases as well as assisting with child protection issues and pre-proceedings initiated by the local authority. I have worked on cases involving complex issues such as non-accidental injury, physical and emotional abuse, and neglect. I am currently a student at the University of Wolverhampton and I am working towards achieving my goal of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Greens Solicitors have been extremely supportive of my development and I look forward to expanding my skillset with the knowledge I will gain working within this experienced team. I aim to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients and put my all into each and every case. It is incredibly important to me that my clients feel like they have been listened to. I recognise the importance of understanding my client’s objectives through regular communication and honest legal advice.

I appreciate that these types of matters can be highly emotional and it is important to me to maintain a professional but sensitive approach. In my spare time, I enjoy music, especially going to music festivals and concerts.
