I am Chelsea, a solicitor, Mom, Daughter, Sister, Partner. I try to keep fit by hiking and doing the odd reformer pilates class, but honestly my 2 daughters keep me busy most the time.
I enjoy planning holidays and hope to visit Japan one day.

What are the most important things you look to deliver to your clients?
The most important things I aim to deliver to my clients are clear advice, responsiveness and strategic thinking. Clients should feel like they are well-informed and understood with the feeling of comfortability knowing that their matter is being handled properly and professionally.
Why should people come to you and Greens?
Clients should come to me as I am able to combine professionalism with a down to earth understanding manner. I take the time to explain matters clearly without the legal jargon with a tactical view of tailoring ‘arguments’ to each individual circumstance.
What are your tips for your clients when leading them through the legal process you deliver?
My biggest piece of advice is seek peace. Peace looks different to everyone but ultimately clients need to ensure that their own needs, whether that be mentally or physically, are met appropriately to be able to make sensible decisions.
Secondary to that, where appropriate, I encourage communication and seek clarity. Clients often find themselves in court settings where decisions for the future could be determined by a third party. I would therefore ask clients to communicate and settle before it gets to that point to maintain as much control as they can.
How do you differ in your delivery of your services?
I pride myself on being approachable, personable and proactive. I understand that legal matters can be stressful so I aim to make the process feel as straightforward and manageable as possible.
