Charlotte Wilson

Legal Assistant, Birmingham

I joined Greens looking for a new challenge and instantly felt at home due to the friendly atmosphere that greeted me. Working as a paralegal within the firm’s care department is something I love due to the attitude of everyone within the team. Surrounded by individuals always willing to help one another to achieve the best result for the client is extremely encouraging and reassuring.

Respect and understanding of the client’s needs are at the heart of the work we do, this is proven through a series of reviews we attend with the client ensuring they are reassured and supported.  My passion for client happiness is reflected within the friendly, honest and approachable service I provide.

Outside of work I love reading and socialising with friends. I also adore music, both watching and performing!
