The Split and the changes to Divorce

The BBC One drama The Split has returned for a new season just as a spotlight will be on the changes in the divorce law which come into force on 6 April 2022.

Whilst The Split will surely bring lots of drama, not to mention very enviable wardrobes and homes, those divorcing in real life may be pleased to learn that the changes in the law aim to be make the process much easier.
