National Heart Month raises awareness about heart health and cardiovascular diseases.
Every three minutes someone dies from a circulatory or heart condition.
Circulatory and heart conditions affect people of all ages and is the word’s biggest killer, although there is progress there is still much research needed.
What could you do?

    love by gaining lifesaving skills !!!!!
  • Raise money for lifesaving research- from taking part in a
    sponsored challenge or organising a health red bake sale.
  •  Protect yourself from heart disease and add more movement
    to your day and choose healthy foods.
