Why do you work in your department?
I have specialized in care proceedings for a number of years and have experience of dealing with complex cases involving non-accidental injuries that have sometimes resulted in fatalities of siblings then subject to proceedings, fabricated or induced illness, consent for medical treatment, parental alienation, significant domestic abuse and matters under the inherent jurisdiction.
What are the most important things you look to deliver to your clients?
I always strive to provide honest and well considered advice. Unfortunately, we have to impart difficult information to clients at times but what is important is to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge of what they can do to improve their chances of success, this has to be delivered in a way that client’s understand along with having empathy to deal with their emotions at very sensitive times of their and their children’s lives.
Why should people come to you and Greens?
I endeavour to be approachable at all times, even out of ordinary office hours, I will spend time with clients who are experiencing problematic times and try to constructively advise them.
What are your tips for your clients when leading them through the legal process you deliver?
Please be open and honest, if we do not know about elements of your case then it will make the task of building a strong case more difficult, if not impossible!
How do you differ in your delivery of your services?
I am proud to be an accredited member of the Children’s Law Society Panel, allowing me to represent children via their Children’s Guardian as well as parents and other extended family members in care proceedings.

I believe client’s find me to be friendly and professional, providing them with honest and practicable advice for them to consider and be appropriately signposted to ensure the best outcomes for the children concerned.
What are you passions in delivering legal advice?
Dealing with cases of this nature require a certain skill set and I believe I exceed in providing excellent advice whilst caring for individual clients and parties to proceedings, the impact of certain decisions will inevitably be life changing for some client’s and their expectations should be managed in the best possible manner.
How would you describe yourself as a solicitor?
I would say that I provide a compassionate and professional service to clients and always strive to achieve the best outcomes possible.
