Jemma Hughes

Legal Assistant, Worcester

Prior to joining Greens in June 2021, I worked as a Paralegal at another law firm and also graduated in 2020 after completing a Law Degree at Birmingham City University. I have gained a depth of knowledge and experience through my academic and practical background so far, and believe that this has provided me with a strong skillset when handling cases.

Since becoming part of the team at Green’s, I have enjoyed specialising in an area of law where I am able to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis and provide a supportive and friendly approach to make clients feel at ease, in what can be a stressful process. Green’s Solicitors aim to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients, and I believe that being open and honest is essential so that both ourselves, and our clients can work towards a common goal of success.

My long-term ambition is to qualify as a solicitor and continue to develop my expertise within care law specifically. Greens Solicitors have been extremely supportive in my development and always encourage me to become the best version of myself. I am extremely thankful to be a part of such a caring and enthusiastic team and look forward to expanding my skillset further.
