As a new starter to Greens Solicitors in November 2022, I am taken back by the professional and friendly ethos of this firm, who exemplify service standards.  I enjoyed a warm welcome and induction to what I consider is a real team of outstanding solicitors and support staff, from the onset it was clear that Greens solicitors is a firm that provides resources for success – from the team working and support to tools and innovations that enable colleagues to undertake their roles.  I studied law at A level and caught the ‘bug’, this led me down a path whereby I completed by BA(Hons) in Law and subsequently undertook my LLM/LPC.

After completing the formal side of my education, I worked as a paralegal to gain experience and I am so pleased to be working at a firm that will support my growth and development – what an exciting field to work in and I am looking forward to servicing clients aligned to the Greens ethos. I believe in a personalised approach to client care, setting expectations from the onset and devising an estimated timeline is critical.

Transparency and accessibility are key – I pride myself in achieving what is agreed and ensuring I deliver.  Representing clients in a position of trust is an honour and legal representation often starts by being a critical friend, respect, integrity and honesty go a long way – there is little point in wasting customers resources if the outcome they desire is not possible within the frameworks of the law so I practice honestly.

I want to help people in need of specialist support and look forward to supporting people rather than just ‘cases’.I aim to soon embark on my formal training contract to reach qualified status and look forward to the journey I have started at Greens Solicitors.  The fields of operation are diverse at Greens and I am confident I will have the opportunity to work in all specialisms to establish what best works for me and the firm.
