Greens was recommended to me in 2016 by a district judge due to the firm’s professional nature. I then joined as a trainee solicitor with the firm as the quality of service provided by the firm was evident.
Professionalism is vital within this sector, something I have learnt through my experience at the firm however, my willingness to remain available to clients outside of office hours has proven very impactful. It is essential to gain the trust and respect of all clients thus I strive to practice consistently good communication and understanding of the client’s situation.
Outside of work I appreciate family time and going to the theatre.

How do I get the best from my lawyer?
The only thing we expect from you is to be open and honest with us. With your honesty and our knowledge we can work together to achieve the best possible outcome in your case.
How much will it cost?
Whether you are a high flyer or not we have kept our client’s in mind when fixing hour hourly rates, which is why our hourly costs range from £200.00 – £250.00 per hour.
We will also keep you informed about the cost incurred on your case on a monthly basis and inform you when you are getting close to your limit so you won’t get any nasty surprises at the conclusion of your proceedings.
What should I expect?
You should expect a professional service from the moment you contact us to the conclusion of your case.
We will invite you for an initial meeting so that you can sit with your solicitor and discuss all of the issues. We will explain to you your options and when you have made a decision we will endeavour to work hard for you.
How long will it take?
- Care proceedings take approximately 26 weeks in accordance with the law.
- Divorce proceedings take approximately 6 months
- Children Act proceedings take approximately 6-9 months
- Financial remedy proceedings take approximately 6 – 9 months
Factors that extend the time scales include: complex legal issues, hostile opponents and inability to reach an agreement.
Will you keep me informed on progress made and if so how?
Yes we will. You have the option of booking a meeting with your solicitor to discuss any issues or questions you may have throughout the duration of your case. If we receive any information from the court or the opponent we shall inform you by either telephone, email or letter depending on your preference. You will also be informed of the outcome of each hearing by letter.
Can you guarantee I will be successful in my case?
We will be honest with you throughout your case – If you have reasonable prospects of achieving the outcome you want we will inform you and work towards achieving it. If the law is not in your favour we will tell you and also provide you with alternative options to work toward.
