After graduating with a Law/LLB degree degree in 2001, Khizar went on to complete his postgraduate legal practice diploma a year later. During that same year, he joined one of the Midlands leading criminal defence solicitors and then went on to commence legal practice, qualifying in 2004, with a specialism in criminal law.
Since obtaining his duty solicitor status in 2004, Khizar has been involved in, and represented clients, in many serious and high-profile criminal cases, covering many different elements of this specific legal area.
Khizar prides himself on his very approachable nature, which naturally puts his clients at ease. I He possess empathy and has a multitude of skills and experience in the areas necessary to make clients feel comfortable with all types of cases, of all sizes. Accessibility is Khizar’s middle name as he ensures that his clients can contact him any time of the day or night, as he wants to maintain the provision of a service where clients are always kept up to date with the progress and status of their cases.
He treats each case individually, ensuring particular and specific attention is given to each case. In fact, the reason Khizar decided to enter into the legal career was because he is a great believer in the legal principle that every defendant is innocent until proven guilty. It is this that drives him to fight for justice for each and every client he represents.
In his spare time, he enjoys his position as school governor, as it’s his way of giving something back to the community and also ensuring that the local children achieve the best education that they possibly can.
A keen sportsman, Khizar is also an avid horserider. But, his greatest achievement, without a doubt has to be being a father to his four beautiful children.
