Hannah is an Australian qualified solicitor who obtained her Law degree at the University of Adelaide and Masters in Legal Practice with Distinction at the Australian National University. Hannah has over 12 months experience in family law disputes as a Qualified Solicitor in Australia and is currently completing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme to qualify here in the UK.
She is passionate about providing a personalized service to every client. She understands the importance of a friendly and understanding approach and prides herself on her ability to deliver sound and practical advice while building long lasting relationships with her clients.
She is particularly interested in divorce, child arrangements and matters involving domestic violence. She has worked extensively with clients dealing with domestic violence as well as low-income families and understands their specific needs; she completed her legal training at a community legal service specializing in providing advice to marginalized members of the community. In addition to family law disputes, she has gained practical experience at Greens in the area of Care Proceedings.
Her background in family law has allowed her to adapt and learn quickly within this area, and she is fast becoming a valued member of the care team. Hannah is a dual national of both Australia and the UK and has strong ties to the Birmingham community. When she is not in the office, she is exploring the country with her Birmingham born and bred partner and planning her European getaways.
